I take the time to listen, assess carefully, and explain each step of care clearly. Treatment is practical, gentle, and centred on helping people move more safely and confidently in their own environment.

Fairy Wren Physio was created with the belief that older adults deserve care that is thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely centred around them.
Abi Nair
Registered physiotherapist with strong experience supporting older adults through personalised in-home physiotherapy. My work focuses on maintaining mobility, improving balance, and supporting independence at home.
I work closely with families and Home Care Package providers to ensure care is consistent, appropriate, and aligned with each person’s priorities.
